I’ve been trying to eat clean these last few months and I think I have figured out a few essential items that I keep around to make it possible.
Soo I thought I’d make a grocery list to share with you all! There are a lot of other things I could have added but this makes a great beginners list.
Just print out the pdf and take it with you next time you go grocery shopping.
