    I make this pudding too. To avoid adding brown sugar and honey, I add chopped dried figs and chopped pitted dates. I let it soak for 2 hours covered in plastic and then mix it. It has all the natural sweetness. I love it as dessert.
    I love reading your blog. You have inspired me to write on dailypage. Will soon start blogging too. Thanks a lot for that.

    Finally tried this out and I absolutely loved it!!! I added bananas and cranberries/ walnuts because I didn’t have apricots ans it was great!! Thanks akansha 🙂
