Ok so this post is a bit ironic considering my last post was about healthy eating. But hey I believe it’s ok to treat yourself once in a while :).
So the only way to reward yourself after a hard week of work is with a little pumpkin pie. Right?
And thats exactly what Jackie and I did after our little study date. This recipe from allrecipes.com is extremely easy and delicious! I decided to follow one of the reader’s comment by heating up the pumpkin puree and spices on the stovetop and letting it cool before I added the condensed milk and eggs.
Oh and of course pumpkin pie is only complete with a little whipped cream on top 🙂
