My family and I invited a few relatives and friends over last night to do what Indians do best: eat and socialize. We stuffed our faces with chaat (savory indian snacks): pani puri, papri chaat, aloo tikkis, and pav bhaji among other things.
I decided to contribute to the feast by whipping up some mango mousse: a classic indian dessert my mom would always make when we were kids! It’s so simple and delicious! The recipe calls for a few ingredients and only about fifteen minutes of preparation.
